Third-Party Cookies
In addition to our own cookies, we may use third-party services that set cookies:
Microsoft Authentication
When you sign in with Microsoft 365, Microsoft sets cookies to manage your authentication session. These are governed by Microsoft's Privacy Policy.
Stripe (Payment Processing)
Our payment processor, Stripe, may set cookies to prevent fraud and process payments securely. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Tailwind CDN
Our landing pages use Tailwind CSS via CDN. No tracking cookies are set, but your browser may cache CSS resources.
Local Storage and Session Storage
In addition to cookies, we use browser local storage and session storage to enhance your experience:
- currency: Stores your preferred currency (EUR/USD)
- kanban_view_mode: Remembers your kanban board view preferences
- filters: Saves your mailbox filter settings
- draft_emails: Temporarily stores email drafts locally
Local storage persists until you clear it manually. Session storage is cleared when you close your browser.
How to Manage Cookies
Browser Controls
You can control cookies through your browser settings:
Important: Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the Service.
Do Not Track
We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals because there is no industry-standard interpretation of DNT. We do not track users across third-party websites.
Mobile Applications
While we currently only offer a web-based service, if we release mobile applications in the future, they may use similar technologies (mobile identifiers, local storage) for authentication and preferences. We will update this policy accordingly.
Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date indicates when the policy was last revised. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
